This weekend we entertain the Cougars in a warm up game in readiness for the finals. We now have 18 people on our squad, so we will be having two games. One for all the newbies to get some experience, then a second one as the coordinators experiment in preperation for the finals and players get lots of repetition in key plays.

Coach Adam Grindrod held our level 2 QB clinic with level 1 graduates Tina Nguyen and Terrell Burgess. Adam delivered a superb and entertaining session in his own inimitable style.

It was great to see the youngster making so much progress and having such fun.

Thanks to Paul Peters who worked his socks off with me as we ran routes for the QBs.

So Saturday was our last official tournament of the season. The juniors played very well and look in good shape for the finals. The cadets still look half the size of the other teams. I honestly think they could be the best team we have ever had in a few years.

Today we had a defensive masterclass with Coach Burgess & Lorne Sam. Tomorrow it's the QBs turn with Coach Grindrod working with the newby cubies.

Wide Reciever for the Senior Kitted team, Flash joins us for tomorrow's masterclass. A great receiver and a great charecter, so it should be fun.
Tina tells me she's going to do some extra training afterwards, however i think she may be a little tired We shall see...

Before all that though, i have a computer lesson with Shailen as he tries to teach me how to update the website. This could be disatrous

Excellent training session today. Kieran, Ben, Marc & Kordell all made great advances with their catching today. Lorne Sam came down to watch and was very impressed.
